About
CT Communications
Bridging the gap between businesses and people

Why I started CT Communications
"After 14 years in corporate communications, I saw first-hand how businesses - big and small - struggled to connect with their audiences. For too long, I saw unhappy, disengaged employees with knock-on impacts to customers.
I started CT Communications to change that; to help businesses Resonate with People™.
I believe that great communication isn’t just about getting the next message out, chasing trends or flooding every channel available. It’s about creating a real connection with real people - it's about building trust, strengthening relationships and driving action towards a shared vision.
Whether you're engaging employees, customers or stakeholders, I’ll help you create strategies that make a difference."

Founder of CT Communications

What I believe in
At the heart of my work are three core values:
🌍 Accessibility
Communication should be clear, inclusive and usable for everyone - regardless of background, abilities or communication needs. From colour contrast and closed captions to plain language and multiple formats, I prioritize approaches that ensure everyone can be part of the conversation.
✅ Simplicity
Clarity wins. I strip away jargon and complexity to make communication effortless and effective. Simple solutions are also sustainable - whether that means choosing virtual collaboration over resource-heavy events or creating messaging that stands the test of time.
💙 Empathy
Understanding people - their needs, challenges and perspectives - creates stronger relationships and more meaningful engagement. This includes truly understanding context and considering the real-world impact of communication - from fostering inclusive conversations to making sustainable choices that align with business and community values.
